  • To be as efficient as possible we prefer to complete designs and have all items ordered ahead of receiving keys to the space. To meet that goal we suggest beginning your project at least 3-4 weeks before you receive keys for the best results. Of course, time is dependent on scope. We’d be happy to give a specific answer for your space. We can get started when you book a consultation and let us know about what you have in mind.

  • Our quotation literacy services shows you how to breaking down costs and jargon so quotes are easy to understand and compare. We’re committed to fair and transparent pricing, and our quotes contain realistic scopes and genuine pricing - so you’ll see no cost jumps or last minute surprises. We also show you where you can cut costs, and where you should spend more on higher quality. Please also ask us to compare your current quote or estimate against ours so that you have the full transparency you need to make the best decision for your renovation or relocation.

  • We tailor each project to your own sustainability needs. If you are seeking sustainable awards and accreditations we can absolutely help you achieve that goal, but we’ll never push you towards unrealistic or unwanted standards.
