Brief:
To fit-out a bare shell office totaling 11,000 square feet across six floors in a Grade A tower: One Chinachem Central. Five floors were planned as tenant offices, and one floor dedicated to a shared workspace featuring a lounge, reception, meeting rooms, and a barista corner. The project was completed within the given timeframe without delays.
