By harnessing soaring floor-to-ceiling heights, we flooded every office and breakout space with natural daylight—creating healthy, sustainable workspaces that became a key marketing asset, with 80% of offices pre-let before completion.

Our curated central lounge, anchored by a bespoke coffee bar, flexible coworking stations, and expansive seating, was furnished with custom pieces in bronze, dark timber, leather, and richly textured fabrics. This harmonious blend of style, comfort, and functionality reinforces Bela’s premium identity, empowering occupants to thrive and delight clients alike.
