What we did:
We delivered a flagship serviced workplace and new headquarters across six floors at One Chinachem Central, aligning layout, specification, and operations with the client’s premium positioning. Leveraging 3.5 metre floor to soffit heights and full height glazing, we optimized daylight and view lines so every office and breakout benefits from natural light, supporting wellbeing and efficient leasing. The market response was immediate, with 80 percent of the 11,000 square feet pre let before practical completion.

A signature shared floor anchors the experience with a curated central lounge, a bespoke bronze and timber coffee bar, flexible coworking stations, and a suite of meeting rooms and booths. Custom furniture, tailored upholstery, and a refined material palette deliver comfort and durability while expressing the brand. Throughout the tower we configured a mix of office sizes with acoustically robust partitions, integrated storage, and resilient MEP systems for easy churn and upgrades. The result is a cohesive, high performance environment that elevates tenant experience and strengthens the client’s brand and asset value.
