Brief:
The client had a contractor and designer in place and required support to deliver the fit out. A phased completion programme was introduced, to enable pre-let tenants to move in while works continued elsewhere.
What we did:
Appointed as Project Manager to provide end-to-end project management including:
Oversaw contractor and designer responsibilities.
Coordinated nominated subcontractors including Fire Services, MVAC, and IT vendors.
Design and construction advisory for related systems.
Quality control of site works.
Programme with full event records, e.g. compiling detailed delay analysis for contractual matters.
