Brief:
Sustaina Limited was engaged by the client to renovate their leased office space, transforming it into a dynamic environment that showcases their global brand identity while facilitating team expansion. The design future proofs the workspace for up to 12 new team members, ensuring scalability without future disruptions.

What we did:
We delivered a contemporary workplace that expresses the client’s global brand while preparing the office for measured growth. Feature walls and a refined material palette present the identity with clarity, and tailored storage keeps the floor plate organised and efficient. To enable seamless expansion, we added power and data capacity across work zones so up to twelve additional team members can be accommodated without further construction. Employee wellbeing was strengthened with targeted interventions, including an extract fan above the printer to reduce volatile organic compounds and improve air quality. Acting as a single point of accountability, we coordinated design, build, move management, and final decoration to ensure a smooth transition into the new space. The result is a coherent, future ready office that supports todays requirements and can scale confidently for tomorrow.
