Brief:
Appointed to take over a stalled home refurbishment after the original contractor abandoned the project mid-build. Our mandate was to safeguard quality, ensure drainage and electrical works were completed to standard, and to complete a low-maintenance home suited for busy professionals.

Our full scope included:

• Conducted a comprehensive technical audit to identify and rectify faulty drainage connections and electrical wiring.

• Coordinated with all furniture suppliers to ensure doors, kitchens and bathrooms were correctly manufactured and installed.

• Installed new double-glazed windows to ensure optimal sound and thermal performance.

• Quality assurance on all works, including redecorating the plastering and paint to ensure even finish throughout.

• Delivered a revitalised apartment designed for professional living.
