Brief:
Sustaina was appointed to take over a stalled apartment refurbishment after the original contractor abandoned the project mid-build. Our mandate was to stabilise the programme, safeguard quality, and deliver a resilient, low‑maintenance home suited to busy professionals

What we did:
When the contractor disappeared mid-build, we stepped in to stabilise and complete the project. We began with a comprehensive technical audit, uncovering faulty drainage, misrouted water feeds, and mis-wired electrics; each issue was rectified to establish a safe, fully compliant foundation. With the baseline secured, we delivered the refurbishment to a high standard—installing energy-saving double-glazed windows, bespoke kitchen cabinetry, a modern shower room, and a full-paint finish.
