When an artist sought to turn a raw warehouse loft into a live-work sanctuary, we brought both creativity and construction know-how to the table. We carved out a bespoke kitchenette and modern bathroom—complete with all-new plumbing and electrics—to support daily life and artistic practice.

To showcase artwork in its best light, we installed flexible LED track and decorative pendants. The result is a bright, adaptable loft studio that seamlessly blends domestic comforts with gallery-grade presentation.
