Appointed by a young family to transform their Mid Levels flat into a bright, functional home—delivered on a disciplined budget. We championed sustainable reuse, retaining pristine flooring, wardrobes, and electrical wiring to prioritise funds toward high-impact upgrades: custom storage, a new living room, kitchen, modern bath and shower rooms, and a fresh material palette that amplifies light and space.

Our design team created bespoke fixed furniture and selected a soft, luminous palette tailored to the family’s tastes. From concept through handover, we managed contractors with rigorous oversight—ensuring flawless execution and a home that’s as resilient as it is inviting.
