We prioritised sustainable reuse—retaining pristine flooring, wardrobes, and electrical wiring—so investment could focus on high-impact upgrades: custom storage, a reimagined living room, a new kitchen, modern bath and shower rooms, and a refined material palette that amplifies light and space.

Our design team crafted bespoke fixed furniture and curated a soft, luminous scheme tailored to the family’s tastes, elevating both everyday practicality and calm. From concept to handover, we maintained rigorous contractor oversight to safeguard quality and programme, culminating in a resilient, welcoming home that feels fresh, contemporary, and purpose-built for family life.
