Brief:
Sustaina Limited was appointed by the client to create a wellness hub comprising three interconnected micro studios, corresponding shower rooms, and a fully renovated lobby within a 1,500sqft at Winsome House, Hong Kong. The client’s key objective is to ensure the brand experience is felt throughout the entirety of the space, delivering a vibrant communal hub that integrates technology, wellness, and community engagement.

What we did:
We delivered a cohesive wellness hub that carries the brand from lobby to studio. Starting with feasibility, we aligned spatial planning, technology integration, and budget to define a clear path to delivery. Design development was coordinated end to end so that the three micro studios, shower rooms, and a renewed lobby operate as one experience, with wayfinding, finishes, and lighting expressing a consistent identity.

To secure value without compromise, we ran a five way contractor tender and, when initial pricing exceeded target by HKD0.5 million, we refined scope and specifications while preserving the look and feel. Construction was managed to a focused 13 week programme with stringent quality checks on fitness equipment coordination, acoustics, ventilation, and durability across high use areas. The communal hub anchors the offer with welcoming seating, clear sightlines, and seamless tech, encouraging connection and ease of operation. The outcome is a resilient, tech enabled environment that delivers a curated brand experience throughout.
