Brief:
Project management of the construction of a 1500sqft wellness hub comprising three studios, shower rooms, and a fully renovated lobby at Winsome House, Hong Kong. The client’s key objective was to ensure the brand experience extended throughout the space, delivering a communal hub that integrates technology, wellness, and community engagement.
What we did:
Managed the full delivery of the hub, starting with feasibility studies to confirm spatial planning and technology could be achieved within site constraints.
Coordinated the design development with the designer and contractor, aligning scope to budget and programme.
Thorough budget management reduced costs by HKD 0.5 million while preserving design intent.
Managed the client appointed contractor to deliver within expected timeline.
