YOGA STUDIO, LAN KWAI FONG

Brief:
Sustaina was engaged by the client to project manage the creation of a highly designed Pilates and yoga studio, conceptualised by Editecture, within the hub of Lan Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. This 900sqft space was delivered within a 13-week timeline, transforming an ambitious vision into a bespoke sanctuary that blends movement, innovation, and wellness.

What we did:
We led delivery from feasibility through handover, aligning Editecture’s concept with programme, budget, and operational needs to bring a refined Pilates and yoga studio to life in Lan Kwai Fong. A competitive five way tender secured a contractor with the right balance of craftsmanship and cost control. On site, we maintained rigorous standards and clear sequencing so the scheme progressed on schedule and to the required quality across a focused 13 week programme.

Working closely with the client and landlord, we extended the design language into shared areas to deliver a coherent arrival and a unified brand experience. The result is a compact, highly crafted studio that feels bespoke and performs reliably, blending movement, innovation, and wellness for members and operators alike.
