Brief:
Sustaina was engaged by the client to project manage the creation of a highly designed Pilates and yoga studio, designed by Editecture. The 900sqft project was completed within the required 13 weeks.
What we did:
Managed the project from feasibility through to handover.
Monitored design changes, programme, budget, and operational requirements.
Conducted a five way tender process including tender analysis to appoint a contractor with the right balance of craftsmanship and cost control.
Oversaw site works throughout to ensure quality standards were met.
Negotiated with the landlord to extend the design and branding into common areas, creating a consistent arrival experience.
