Brief:
Sustaina Limited was appointed by the client to manage the full renovation of a members lounge dedicated to supporting women led businesses and fostering networking opportunities. The space is designed to empower women entrepreneurs by creating an environment that encourages connection, creativity, and community building, all while adhering to a tight budget, timeline, and high quality standards.

What we did:
We delivered a welcoming members lounge that champions women led enterprise and community. Acting as project manager and single point of coordination, we aligned client vision, design intent, and construction delivery from concept to handover. We rigorously reviewed specifications and value options to keep the scheme on budget and on programme, sourcing materials and equipment through our network to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality. The finished space balances comfort and utility with a curated mix of lounge seating, flexible work settings, and thoughtfully planned amenity areas that support events, informal meetings, and day to day networking. Clear sightlines, warm finishes, and resilient detailing create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages connection and creativity while standing up to operational demands.
