MEMBERS LOUNGE, OLD BAILEY STREET

Brief:
Working together with the client’s designer, House of Butler, and contractor, we managed the full fit-out from bare shell for a members’ lounge dedicated to supporting women and fostering networking opportunities. The space was designed for multipurpose use while adhering to a tight budget, timeline, and high-quality standards.

What we did:
We acted as Project Manager and the single point of coordination between client and contractor and liaised with designer from concept to handover.

• Liaising with building management to secure submissions approvals

• Reviewed design drawings and specifications to ensure buildability, cost control, and programme compliance.

• Provided technical input on fire services and MVAC requirements.

• Supervised installation of all loose furniture.
