Sustaina designed and built five tenant office floors plus a shared floor with a lounge, reception, meeting rooms, and a barista corner in this premium Grade A tower. We handled the full scope, including interior design and materials, contractor coordination and construction. Additionally, we procured and installed furniture, lighting, and decorative elements—with custom loose pieces and built-ins. The result is a polished workplace offering the reliability of a well-planned build and the feel of a boutique hotel.
