Sustaina were brought into the project after the original contractor walked off site. We stabilised and protected quality going forward, fixing faulty drainage and electrical wiring, coordinating with suppliers to ensure doors, kitchens, and bathrooms were correctly manufactured and installed, and recommending double‑glazed windows for sound and thermal comfort. Rigorous quality control—including refreshed plaster and paint for a consistent finish—ensured we delivered a revitalised apartment designed for busy professional clients.
