Partnering with the client’s designer, House of Butler, and an appointed contractor, Sustaina managed the build as the single point of coordination from concept to handover. We secured building management approvals, reviewed initial drawings for their buildability, cost, and schedule, and provided technical input on fire services and MVAC. On site, we oversaw quality and supervised installation of all loose furniture—resulting in a flexible, high‑finish lounge designed for events, work, and connection.
