We coordinated design development with the designer and contractor, aligning scope, budget, and schedule, and applied rigorous cost control to reduce spend by HKD 0.5 million without compromising look and feel. Working with the client-appointed contractor, we kept the programme on track to deliver a communal hub that blends technology, wellness, and engagement.
