Sustaina was engaged to project manage a studio designed by Editecture, guiding the project from feasibility to handover. We kept track of design changes, schedule, budget, and operations, and ran a five‑way tender with detailed analysis to secure a contractor that balanced craftsmanship and cost. On site, we oversaw the build to uphold quality, and negotiated with the landlord to extend design and branding into common areas—enabling a seamless arrival experience for guests to the space.
